Privacy Policy
Effective 16 October 2026
This policy explains how Onchainsol Labs ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Treso application, its services and this website (together, "Treso"). Treso is a non-custodial tool: it helps teams coordinate payments from their own blockchain vaults and never takes possession of funds or private keys.
Information we collect
Account information. Your email address, used to sign you in, and a display name if you choose to add one.
Workspace information. The workspaces you create or join, members and their roles, invitations, the vaults connected to a workspace (addresses, signers and approval rules), payment requests (title, recipient name and address, asset, amount, category), approvals, and an activity history of workspace actions.
Wallet addresses. Public addresses you link to your account after proving ownership by signing a message, and the addresses of reserve wallets an administrator chooses to share with a workspace.
Technical information. When the application contacts our servers we process IP addresses, timestamps, application version and similar request data, to secure the service, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.
Billing information. When paid plans are available, records of your plan and payments. Payments made in digital assets are recorded on the public blockchain.
Information we never collect
We never receive your private keys, recovery phrases or backup passwords. Transactions are signed in your own wallet or on your own device. Keys that Treso creates on your Mac are protected by your Mac's Secure Enclave and never leave the device.
Information stored on your device
The application stores your sign-in session in the macOS Keychain, contacts you save, and any signing keys or cold wallets you create in encrypted form on your Mac. This information is not sent to us.
How we use information
- To provide Treso: sign you in, run workspaces, show balances and requests, and prepare transactions for you to review and sign.
- To send service messages such as sign-in codes, invitations and important account notices.
- To keep Treso secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To provide support, operate billing and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Public blockchain data
Blockchain networks are public. Addresses, balances and transactions, including those made through Treso, are visible to anyone and cannot be changed or deleted by us. To show balances and prepare transactions, Treso queries blockchain infrastructure providers, which receive the addresses being looked up.
Sharing
Information you add to a workspace is visible to its members according to their roles. We share information with service providers that host our infrastructure, store data, deliver email and provide blockchain access, under agreements that restrict its use to providing services to us. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or others, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Retention
We keep account and workspace information while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, security and accounting needs. Sign-in codes and signing requests expire within minutes. Activity records are kept for the life of the workspace so teams have an accurate history.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls. Treso's servers cannot move funds: every transaction requires signatures from the signers of the vault involved. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your devices, wallets and recovery phrases.
Your choices and rights
You can update your name, unlink wallets, leave workspaces and remove keys from your Mac in the application. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us as described below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts are served from our own servers.
Children
Treso is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the application or by email before they take effect.
